My 17 yo daughter Amanda, (Mae Mae to those that love her), got a dog around Christmas time. It weighs an amazing 2 pounds. It is a chihuahua/pug mix or chug. Amanda and her friend Taylor decided to go to Wal-mart and take ZANTANA the chug with them. Wal-Mart has a policy, No Dogs Except Service Dogs. I can't imagine a useful service a 2 pound dog could provide. They decided to hide Zantana in Amanda's purse. They put the little dog in the purse and began walking towards the door. A couple of cars began honking at them. they look around knowing they have been busted for having the dog. Out of the corner of her eye, Amanda realizes her car is moving. Rolling, picking up speed thanks to the gently slope of the Wal-mart parking lot. You guessed it, In the excitement of hiding her dog she forgot to engage her emergency brake. She throws her purse, the one hiding Zantana to Taylor, and runs for her car that is already completely out of its spot. Fortunately a large man and 2 women ran behind her car and stopped it long enough for her to unlock the door and get in. Thank you to those Good Samaritans. I am left wondering if any teenagers were in the parking lot recording this episode on their fancy phones. I would love to see it.
